KEY FEATURES
• Constructed from three layers bonded together
• Top layer is black or dark-gray UV-stabilized needle punch
• Core is white, oil-only ColdForm2™
• Bottom layer is a heavy white plastic that prevents oil spills from leaking
through to the ground
